Waby maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any content depicting child sexual abuse (CSAM) and any activities that could endanger children.
1. Our Position
Waby is a tourist logistics coordination app for adult users. Child safety is our absolute priority:
- The service is intended only for persons who are at least 16 years old
- We do not tolerate any content depicting abuse, violence, or harm to children
- We do not tolerate any activities aimed at grooming, harassing, or harming minors
- We actively cooperate with law enforcement when such content or activities are detected
2. How to Report Content or Behavior
If you notice any content or behavior that may pose a threat to children, report it immediately using one of the following methods:

🚨 Life-Threatening Situations
In case of immediate danger to a child's life or health, contact emergency services immediately (112 in EU, 911 in US).
What to Include in Your Report:
- Description of the situation or content
- Username (if known)
- Date and approximate time of the incident
- Screenshots (if possible and safe)
3. How We Respond to Reports
Upon receiving a report concerning child safety:

| 5. Cooperation | Full cooperation with law enforcement in further proceedings | Unlimited |
4. Preventive Measures
Waby actively prevents potential threats through:
- Age verification – we require confirmation of being at least 16 years old during registration
- Content moderation – we monitor content uploaded by users
- Reporting system – we enable easy reporting of concerning content or behavior
- Team training – our team is trained in recognizing and responding to threats
- Organization partnerships – we cooperate with child protection organizations
5. Consequences of Violations
Users violating the child safety policy are subject to:
- Immediate and permanent account suspension
- Report to law enforcement
- Report to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) or appropriate national organizations
- Preservation of all evidence for criminal proceedings
