Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1. These Terms govern the use of Waby app and website waby.pl.
2. Provider: Waby Sp. z o.o., ul. Przykładowa 1, 00-001 Warsaw, Poland.
3. Service enables planning transport logistics before A→B tourist trails.
4. Using = acceptance of Terms and Privacy Policy.
5. Available for persons 16+.

2. Definitions

• User – person with Account
• Logistics Plan – transport agreement between users
• Trail – route A→B
• Participant/Creator – plan participant/creator

3. Registration

1. Required: email, password, verification.
2. True data, one account per person.
3. Unverified accounts deleted after 30 days.

4. Logistics Plans

Creating: trail, date, time window. Editable until confirmed.

Statuses: Open → Confirmed → In Progress → Completed/Cancelled

Service does not guarantee Plan execution.

5. Location Sharing

1. Optional, requires consent.
2. Only in active Plan.
3. Auto-off after completion.
4. History not archived.
5. Does not replace emergency services.

6. Communication

Internal chat for participants. Polite communication. Messages stored 90 days.

7. Ratings & Reports

• 1-5 stars + categories (punctuality, communication, reliability)
• Ratings are public
• False reports = account suspension

8. User Obligations

• Comply with Terms and laws
• Provide true information
• Trail safety
• Valid license and insurance (if applicable)

9. Provider Liability

Service is coordination-only. No liability for user actions, plan non-execution, user content, trail incidents.

10. Prohibitions

• Illegal activities
• Impersonation, multiple accounts
• Commercial use without consent
• Bypassing security

11. Account Suspension/Deletion

For violations or on user request. Results in data deletion per Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints

support@waby.pl – processed within 14 days.

13. Final Provisions

• Polish law applies
• Changes with 14 days notice
• ODR: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
